“The Country Club with Dee Jay Silver” is returning to Compass Media Networks. The syndicated weekend program features Silver’s mixes and mash-ups of country hits past and present. It’s heard on 60 country radio stations, including iHeartMedia WMZQ (98.7) Washington DC, Beasley Media Group “102.7 The Coyote” KCYE Las Vegas NV and SummitMedia “Q 103.1” WQNU Louisville, KY.
Dee Jay Silver is described as an “open-format” DJ/performer who has toured with Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan and many other country acts, performing for crowds before shows and between acts. He also has performed at events surrounding the Super Bowl, the MLB All-Star Game, NCAA Football games, NASCAR races and more.
Last year, he released his first original single, “Just Got Paid,” featuring vocals from Austin Webb, on RCA/Nashville/Sony Music, making him the first and only disc jockey signed to a major Nashville record deal.
“I am thrilled to rejoin Compass Media Networks,” Silver commented. “This is where it all began for me a few years ago and I look forward to a long-term partnership.”
The program launched in 2015 via Compass but moved to Sun Broadcast Group for a time before now returning to CMN who will handle affiliate sales and ad sales for the weekend specialty program.
